Tommy Pigg was a founding partner in Greenway Investment Company, Dallas, Texas, where he was involved with all types of real estate investments from its founding in 1978 through 2003. His experience included acquisition, management, and disposition of core and value – added commercial property assets. Prior to forming Panther in 2007, Pigg worked as a sole practitioner. He was executive vice president/principal for development due diligence, property condition analysis, entitlements, legal/title/survey review, and expense budget forecasting. Traci Kane
Partner
Traci Kane is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years of achievement in asset management, operations, and administration. She started her real estate career with Camden Property Trust where she held all onsite management positions at several multi – family communities in D/FW area. Traci went on to support Camden’s Southwest Region as Training Coordinator and also assisted with acquisitions and due diligence. Traci also worked as the Assistant Asset Manager for Harwood Pacific. She went on to support the commercial department at Century 21, Mike Bowman Commercial in Grapevine, Texas where she assisted with all leasing, purchasing, listing, and marketing of industrial, medical/office, and multifamily assets. Kane received her Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Texas at Arlington
Rob Semple, CFA

Rob Semple is a finance professional with 19 years of experience in public and private investments. He began his career in New York as an equity research analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and later at Credit Suisse after its acquisition of DLJ. At Credit Suisse Semple was selected as a member of Forbes Magazine’s “Dazzling Dozen” where he ranked #2 among all Wall Street analysts based on the returns of his stock recommendations. Semple then moved to institutional asset management, first at Carlson Capital in New York, and then at Citadel, LLC in New York & Dallas. At Citadel Semple was a Portfolio Manager responsible for managing publicly traded equity portfolios consisting of several hundred million dollars in assets. Most recently Semple was Senior VP & Financial Advisor for Texas Capital Bank. Semple has participated in over 20 private real estate transactions across multifamily, industrial, office and retail. Charlie Royer

Joined Panther in September 2025 as our newest principal. Charlie focuses on new capital formation and expanding opportunity exposure, leveraging 20 years of leadership, sales, and community service in the DFW market, all closely tied to commercial real estate, as well as an active investor. Before Panther FW, he was Vice President of Sales at ROYER Commercial Interiors and remains a shareholder. At ROYER, Charlie developed over 500 client relationships and managed the sales team since 2017. He is also deeply engaged in the community, especially with the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo. Charlie graduated from TCU in 2004 with a B.S. in Communication Studies and Business.
Natalie Hessing

Natalie Hessing joined Panther FW Investments in January 2022 and works directly with partners and investors to optimize the firm’s operational workflows and support strategic initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience across accounting, administrative management, and human resources, Natalie builds practical processes that increase efficiency, improve accuracy, and enhance investor experience. She oversees day‑to‑day operations and ensures compliance with internal policies. A Fort Worth native, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Fort Worth’s dining and cultural scene, and cheering on the Frogs. Hessing received her Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University.
